Title
Shouting native
Short description
During one of their scientific excursions, Georg Forster and his fellow get into trouble. Their guide alerts a group of locals at the bottom of the valley, who come to their aid.
Text on source
When we were about half-way down, he hallooed very loud to some people whom he saw in the valley; but we did not believe at that time that they had heard him, especially because he received no answer. However, presently after we observed several people coming up towards us, who ascended very fast, so as to meet us in about half an hour.
