Title
Squeaking pigs
Short description
Georg Forster describes the squealing of pigs coming from the shore.
Text on source
In the mean time the southern shore, on which we had landed in the morning, was entirely clear of the natives; but in the woods we heard the frequent squeaking of pigs, from whence it may be concluded that the natives possess great numbers of these animals.
