Procedeva una vanguardia di duecento uomini dell'anzidetta Cavalleria, avendo alla testa il loro Capo, seguitavano sedici Giannizzeri a due a due, veniva dietro otto uomini con Tamburini e Piffari, ch'è la musica Turca di onore, di poi i due Dragomani in mezzo a quali un Ciaus, distinto dal suo Pennacchio nel Turbante, il quale portava il Firmano che accordato aveva il Sultano a S:E: poi marciava con il quattro di fondo.
