Arrivati nui a le porte dil castello dismontessimo da cavalo; avanti la persona di l'orator era i nostri 8 trombeti con le bandiere d'oro nove, ma i non lassono si sonasse per i soi respeti de mori, che li par che nel suo castello non si deba sonar le nostre trombe e cussì le feceno portar in mano senza sonar, e smontati, li do strafieri stevano driedo l'orator tenendo la coa dil manto, et aviati dentro dil castello, l'orator andava pian salutando con la testa quelli primi signori che erano in dito locho. Quelli dil castello, nel suo intrar dentro de seraia in seraia, sonavano certe sue nachere, cimbali grandi e simili soi instrumenti, e con bombarde faceano festa mirabile; tute quelle piaze tra porte dil castello erano di mamaluchi vestiti di biancho, un numero infinito.
